I offer therapeutic massage services for active and often very busy adults. Sometimes life has us chasing so many squirrels that it's easy to overlook our bodies signaling us to slow down, take stock, pay attention. Receiving bodywork is a really good way to start that process. 

 

My aim in each and every session is to create the conditions that bring about more ease in your body. Off the table, we can strategize around self-care strategies for long term relief.

My practice is located at Superior Wellness in Washburn. Appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and on Sundays.
